Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application and any digital services operated under the wbet brand.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses wbet services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account opened by a Member to access wbet services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a Member's account at any given time, excluding any bonus amounts that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Gaming Content" covers all games, sports betting, lottery and any related entertainment activities offered through the Platform.
• "wbet" refers to the company that owns and operates this platform under international licensing.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the wbet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria before proceeding with registration:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. wbet does not accept registrations from individuals below this age limit under any circumstances.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or ban list issued by any relevant authority.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one wbet account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including your full name as shown on your identification card (MyKad), mobile phone number, valid email address and bank or e-wallet details. wbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

Account Management

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your wbet account. This includes all bets, financial transactions and any other actions carried out using your login credentials.

• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party.
• You must notify wbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• wbet is not responsible for losses arising from passwords that are shared or stolen due to the account holder's negligence.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative charges or closure at wbet's discretion.

A wbet account is personal and cannot be transferred to another individual. Use of the account by a third party, including family members, is prohibited even with the original account holder's permission.

Deposit & Withdrawal

wbet supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian players. All financial transactions are handled through secure and encrypted channels.

Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party transactions are not accepted.
• wbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• If suspicious activity is detected, wbet reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold until an internal investigation is completed.
• The transaction currency is Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) for all local payment methods. Cryptocurrency will be converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

Any attempt to carry out fraudulent transactions, including the use of another person's bank account or e-wallet, may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

Bonuses & Promotions

wbet offers a range of promotions and bonuses to registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and limits associated with each offer.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• A bonus may only be claimed once per eligible promotion unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• wbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• The wbet VIP Program offers weekly cashback ranging from Bronze (up to 0.3%) to Diamond (up to 1.5%). VIP tier upgrade eligibility depends on betting activity over time.

All decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final and at the discretion of wbet. Any bonus-related enquiries can be directed to our 24/7 customer support team.

Game Rules

Each game category available on the wbet platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, Sic Bo, and 4D lottery — has specific rules that apply to that game.

• The specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface and should be read before starting a game session.
• In the event of a technical error during a game session, wbet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the bet amount to the account balance.
• Game outcomes that use a random number generator (RNG) are final where no technical error is proven.
• Sports betting is subject to the specific betting market rules displayed at the time the bet is placed.

wbet uses certified RNG systems and recognised software providers to ensure fairness across all games. The software providers and games offered may change from time to time based on operational requirements.

Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wbet platform and may result in disciplinary action including account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own identity or another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to automate gameplay or account activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the game system, including collusion in related bets.
• Uploading or sharing content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others through the platform.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions for purposes that conflict with these terms.
• Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

wbet provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• wbet is not liable for losses suffered as a result of unavoidable service interruptions, including scheduled system maintenance.
• wbet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• The maximum total liability of wbet to any Member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that Member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Use of the wbet platform is entirely at the user's own risk. wbet does not guarantee that online gambling is legal in all jurisdictions. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.

Privacy & Data

wbet is committed to protecting Members' personal data in line with industry best practices. The collection, processing, and storage of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be referred to separately.

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, customer support, and service improvement.
• wbet will not sell or rent Members' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

Account Termination

Whether initiated by the Member or by wbet, an account may be closed or suspended under certain circumstances:

• Voluntary closure by Member: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned after the review is completed.
• Self-exclusion: Members who need a break from gambling activity may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion through 24/7 customer support.
• Closure by wbet: wbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice in serious cases.
• Effect of closure: Upon closure, all bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal.

Changes to Terms

wbet reserves the right to modify, improve, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with operational, legal, or company policy requirements.

• Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or a notice displayed prominently on the platform before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of those changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where wbet is licensed and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through the following procedure:

• Any complaint must first be submitted to the wbet customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] for resolution through internal consultation.
• If an internal resolution is not reached within a reasonable period, both parties agree to use the alternative dispute resolution mechanism established by the relevant licensing authority.
• All proceedings, where necessary, will be conducted in Malay or English.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
